Your talents Completed training as a baker You have several years of professional experience and are motivated to develop and produce your own bread creations You are used to working with the best products and know how to use them correctly You are used to working independently, have a talent for organization and are able to work under pressure You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a good sense of taste and are very reliable You see the baking profession as a traditional craft and have a sound knowledge of working with sourdough or lievito madre etc.
Clean and well-groomed appearance and good interaction with colleagues Good knowledge of German and Italian Your tasks Management of the in-house bakery You have the opportunity to develop your own breads You will be responsible for the production of all bread products in our bakery.
You will also produce yeast and puff pastry products Your own working hours.
