Foreign Sales Manager

Alti Profili, a division of the Umana group specializing in the search and selection of middle and top management personnel for the Italian and international markets, is recruiting for a fast-growing client company an EUROPEAN MARKET DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Organize business meetings with potential customers.Promote the company's products/services to meet or anticipate customer objectives.Prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Participate in trade fairs across Europe.RequirementsProven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.Proven sales experience.Proficiency in English and German.Empathetic communication and strong negotiation skills.People management skills (agents in relevant territories).Time management and planning skills.University degree / BA in business administration, sales, or a related field.Knowledge of MS Office.AdvantagesFamiliarity with target markets (specific to country).Experience in the metal sector.Fluency in English and German.Commercial back-office support within the company.What We OfferAttractive remuneration package.Company phone, laptop, and necessary productivity tools.Company car.Pre-established and well-organized business activities.Permanent contract.Classification : CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria
