We are looking for FOOTWEAR COLLECTION SPECIALIST to implement our EUROPEAN COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. The main focus will be to manage the product style for KIDS footwear and others categories, looking for collection's congruence in terms of customer target, sales price, trends. Engage with marketing, merchandising and global product development teams in order to strengthen the collection effect in Europe.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Collection Creation Build the collection balancing the range according to the different target consumersSet up the right commercial product range in line with company strategyIn season management of the collection review to maximize range, sales and profitAnaylize competitor product ranges and actions to ensure we are above and up front from themSources range from best suppliers/vendor/brands to achieve optimum margin to maximize profitabilityReviews department performance weeklyProposes actions for poor performing collection itemMarket & Business management Research market target customer thoroughout digital, fairs, store visit, networkingAssesses trends appropriate to develop proper range, hitting consumer needsKnows the market and competition well and is up to speed with trend activityMeets deadlines in buying calendarsWork with the Planners to ensure to build a proper collection according to the strategyInterfaces with all different functions of the business i.e. planning, merchandising, marketingEnsures the information flow at all timesVisit periodically stores to assess the value of our product & needs along with analyzing the competitorsbrands: for pre-line and sell-in in order to build the collection REQUIREMENTS
