Food Technologist Quality Office – Vicenza Ovest

We are looking for a figure for oursQUALITY OFFICE' BY ROSSI GIANTS at the headquarters ofVICENZA.
In particular, the resource will be responsible for: – maintenance of the procedures and operating instructions in place for our warehouses and implementation of new,
– inspections at our warehouses to verify compliance with current legislation and company procedures,
– verification of the conformity of incoming products and related labels,
– continuous training of operators on food safety and preparation of the relevant training plan,
– management of non-compliance and complaints through the company's computerized portal,
– preparation of analytical sampling plans for warehouses and intervention plans for disinfestation and rodent control activities through direct contact with service providers,
– preparation and management of documentation connected to the integrated management system for the various ISO and BIO certification schemes in place in the company.
We require: Strong motivation to get involved in a dynamic working environment;Problem solving ability and flexibility in managing unexpected events;Degree in Food Technology or similar;Knowledge of HACCP and food safety;At least two/three years' experience in the role.Direct hiring, full time.
