Miscusi is the first Italian restaurant brand dedicated entirely to pasta.
We are new-generation Italians who want to make people happy by bringing the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to the world: friendship, tradition, hospitality, openness, creativity and, of course, fresh pasta and great food.
We started in our own country, Italy, with ten restaurants, an Online Shop and a Farm, which will become the research and development centre for all our recipes and raw materials.

**Food Technologist | Office**:
miscusi is looking for an high potential food technologist.
Within the support of the Head of Sustainable Supply Chain, miscusi wants to continue to develop innovation solutions and ways to enhance food preservation and deliver relevant Consumer Experiences, in line with strategies defined by CEO.
**You will**:
support the research and the develop of new possible solutions
work closely with the Operations team to execute projects with new tools and technique
work closely with our partners to ensure standards and quality of our products through upwards process control and R&D
ensure that projects deliver results to meet technical targets, deadlines, product and investment costs and satisfy consumer needs as agreed with our internal Stakeholders
proactively scout for innovative solutions, technologies and methodologies applied to food preservation product
support the supply chain department with quality control process and other tasks related to procurement, production and logistics
**Qualifications**:
University degree in Food Science or Technology
Good knowledge of physicochemical properties of food, methods for tracking food trends, nutrition testing, food commodities and sustainability
Strong innovation mindset with new product development, validation and testing skills
