YOUR TASKS Text creation for packaging and labeling in accordance with international requirements
Preparation of food-related documents for worldwide export
Drafting and implementing the requirements of international food law
Collaboration on projects
Exploring and integrating AI solutions to enhance regulatory processes
Improve SAP to enhance regulatory processes
YOUR PROFILE Completed studies in nutritional sciences, food chemistry, or food technology
2-3 years of experience in Food Regulatory Affairs or similar positions
Very precise, careful, and structured way of working
Open-minded and positive attitude towards different cultures
Ability to work in a team
Keen interest in AI technologies and their potential applications in regulatory affairs
Fluent in German or Italian and English
