Main responsibilities: Responsible for delivering F&B related activities and achieving or exceeding hotel targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and financial metrics; Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards; Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service; Responsible for creation and delivery of short- and long-term F&B plans and strategies; Design exceptional and innovative restaurant concepts, purchase goods, china, etc., and continuously make necessary improvements; Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns; Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel; Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures; Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs; Responsible for the implementation of any F&B-related projects and global programs; Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance performance for all F&B aspects and operations, such as LQA and guest experience; Guide and train the team of heads and line staff in the efficient delivery of the highest standards of service to our guests; Monitor food and safety regulations; Responsible for the planning and operation of events and banquets; Create, monitor, and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs; Coordinate emails and restaurant bookings; Lead by example and act as a role model for others, exhibiting the highest levels of professionalism in all management practices; Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
