Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
The person will be into the Food & Beverage Team, focusing on and dedicating themselves to one cluster and its venues to coordinate strategies and plan spaces in order to meet the needs of individual clients such as Athletes, Olympic Family, and Workforce.
He/she will be the operational lead for all venues inside a cluster of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Responsibilities:
Coordination in managing various meal serving areas/lounges (for Athletes, Workforce, Olympic Family) and concessions (for spectators and media) in the venues of the assigned Cluster, and subsequently;
Transferring knowledge to other venue managers within the cluster and their collaborators to ensure the project is executed in the best possible manner;
Managing critical situations and relationships with selected catering services and stakeholders, as well as overseeing daily orders for the supply of food items necessary for service provision;
During Games Time presiding over a venue but being responsible for a cluster consisting of multiple venues with different collaborators to whom management methods need to be transferred and coordinated;
Directly reporting to the "Operations Manager" to plan and organize the work of the responsible individuals within the assigned Venues;
Collecting data from various functions to define the numbers and distribution of meals for the clientele divided by stakeholders to be served in individual venues and consequently overall;
Developing necessary operational methods to better deliver the service;
Sharing service policies with catering services providing the service;
During the Games Time, presiding over a specific venue and coordinating FNB operations in the assigned Cluster
Degree in rilevant fields;
Previous experience and even general knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry;
Teamwork attitude;
Adaptability to the needs and unexpected events of the required work;
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations;
Knowledge of MS Office;
English fluent;
Italian fluent/good work proficiency.
