**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our exquisite dining venues, ensuring that guests enjoy seamless, world-class food and beverage experiences. Your attention to detail and passion for hospitality will be essential in coordinating between the kitchen, front-of-house, and guest services teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring all the Food and Beverage Inboxes
- Processing PO's - communicating with accounting to ensure procedures are followed.
- Monitoring of reservation system
- Ensuring all menus are up to date and that all pricing and database is maintained and up to date.
- Keeping shared drive clean and navigable
- Informing other departments of changes within food and beverage
- Communicating issues to upper management and recording them on the daily log.
- Informing the kitchen of any special requests or needs (allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.)
- Recording and passing on any useful information to the staff such as special occasions, etc.
- Taking daily status report of all suites.
- Supporting the team in a positive & helpful manner.
- Reporting missing or damaged items and lost and found items.
- Keeping high personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Be prepared to answer any questions about the hotel or the food
- Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Management
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Being competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Symphony and Opera will be a plus
- Previous management experience helpful.
- Must be highly organized with a high attention to detail.
