Job DescriptionFor FSC part of Continental Italia SpaHe/She is responsible for operational processes relating to services for long-term rental, corporate fleet customer.Activities:Helpdesk to our customers for business of long-term rental, corporate and truck fleet customer with the goals of providing support customers in business growth.Master data maintenance customers, suppliers and product records, uploading of price lists and commercial conditions.Training activities for fleet service providersImplementation of processes together with the sales force with the aim of finding the best solutions to support the business.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skillsAbility to build positive and collaborative relationshipsStrong attitude to organization and problem solvingGood knowledge of the office package (xls and ppt)Italian fluent or mother tongue, English good knowledgeAt least 2 years of experience in similar roles (back office and front office activities)Knowledge of automotive industries (nice to have)Additional InformationThis job posting will be unposted on April18, 2024
