With the aim of strengthening the Corporate Fleet management team, we are recruiting a

who will work in synergy with internal and external stakeholders to manage the company's car fleet and related development projects.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Car assignment and equipment, such as fuel card and telepass, and car reassignments for new hires or resignations.
- Management of the flow of new car choices, requesting offers and sending orders, delivering, and returning vehicles at driver's home, delivery point and/or company.
- Management of internal car sharing, fines, ticketing, and support to drivers for car-related problems.
- Control and govern of debit flow to payroll: fringe benefits, fee contributions, expense reimbursement.
- Service providers management.
- Implementation and updating of Fleet Support management system.
- Analysis related to driver behavior, consumption, costs for budget and savings.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable experience of at least 2 years in a similar or administrative role.
- Aptitude for information systems management.
- Customer orientation, communication and team working skills.
- Flexibility, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency at B1 level.
- Belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99).

**Our offer**:
We offer an initial 1 year fixed-term contract with subsequent possibility of a permanent contract, with a salary between € 30.000 and € 32.000 and "D1" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
