Fleet Manager - Hiring!
Venture Ship Management Europe is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk carrier and tanker operations, coupled with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications: Min 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within the maritime industry.
Min 5 years of seafaring experience as an Officer (STCW III/2) on board bulk carriers and/or tankers OR Naval Architecture degree Strong understanding of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code.
Proven experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
