Responsibilities Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities. Timing them as first goal. Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up. Keep always Production teams informed about scheduled time slots. Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams. Supervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. Keep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availability. Being informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity out. Check production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible. Managing any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required). Verification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out). And more detailed descriptions follow... Skills education/Competenze formazione Education/Istruzione: Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas. Languages/Lingue: English mandatory, French preferred Experiencies/Esperienze: Experience in process supervision/management. Work experience in a process/production environment. Technical competencies/Competenze tecniche: Railways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred. Maintenance process knowledge is required. Soft skills/Competenze trasversali: Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules). Microsoft Office is required. Excellent communication skills.
