Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities. Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up. Keep Production teams informed about scheduled time slots. Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and external company teams. Supervision / coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. Maintain an updated overview of crucial spare parts availability. Be informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially needed special tools for maintenance activities. Check production team workload to ensure optimal saturation. Manage any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required). Verify compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycles. Verify compliance with scheduled departure and arrival times in Nola Depot; check and report all delay reasons. Translate production and commercial service issues within working orders. Ensure that all updated planning information is communicated in real-time within the workshop. Attend daily planning meetings (8:30 mandatory and 16:30 when required). Utilize whiteboards in the workshop for maintenance slot scheduling. Address special requests from project teams and schedule them using the SAP system. Report all cumulated delays and analyze root causes for future improvements. Interface with Supply Chain team to ensure needed spare parts are available. Use Indus evaluation KPI to check and optimize production workload according to planning. Attend extraordinary planning meetings to address contingencies. Report special activities status with figures, graphs, and Gantt charts. Create and release notifications and service orders related to corrective and preventive activities. Update all necessary communication equipment information within the Depot. Skills & Education
Education:
Engineering degree or professional qualifications in technical areas.
Languages:
English mandatory, French preferred.
Experience:
Experience in process supervision/management. Work experience in a process/production environment. Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of railways and train systems is preferred. Maintenance process knowledge is required. Soft Skills:
Good IT skills, especially in SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively. Communicate transparently with stakeholders. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
