Adecco Consultant Milano, on behalf of a global leader in the transportation industry, is searching for a Fleet Depot Planner.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, scheduling, and prioritizing Depot Maintenance activities.Reporting and following up on Depot maintenance status.Keeping Production teams informed about scheduled time slots.Interfacing with maintenance, retrofit, engineering, and external teams.Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities according to scheduled time slots.Monitoring crucial spare parts availability.Overseeing workshop infrastructure and special tool requirements.Managing production team workload to ensure optimal utilization.Verifying compliance with planned time slots for all maintenance activities.Ensuring real-time dissemination of updated planning information within the workshop.Attending daily and extraordinary planning meetings as needed.Scheduling special requests using the SAP system.Analyzing and reporting delays to improve future performance.Coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure spare parts availability.Creating and releasing notifications and service orders for corrective and preventive activities.Skills EducationEducation: Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas (diploma superiore con orientamento tecnico / gestionale).Languages: English mandatory.Technical Competencies: Railways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred; Maintenance process knowledge is required.Soft Skills: Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules); Microsoft Office is required; Excellent communication skills.Job DetailsStart Date: 03/10/2024Professional Category: Ingegneria ImpiantisticaCity: Milano (Milano)Availability: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
