FLANGE TO FLANGE MECHANICAL DESIGNER Job location: Florence

The Mechanical Designer will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Tasks: Modeling simple and complex turbomachinery components Modeling simple and complex assemblies Drafting activity Learn, understand, and apply our Customer's standard procedures Work Experience Qualification Requirements: Technical Diploma or BSc / MSc Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Strong passion for CAD Design Solid knowledge about 2D drafting and 3D modelling, and ability in using one or more CAD tools (i.e. Siemens NX, Solidworks, Catia V5 etc) Any turbomachinery knowledge will be advantageous but not mandatory Desired Skills: Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent team-work attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for business travels (short & long term travels). Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines
