La tua nuova aziendaThe company is part of a Group listed on the stock exchange, with more than 50 years on the market, 18 sites worldwide and more that 800 employees in Italy, one of the biggest and most popular in Italy that produces high energy efficiency and green lithium cells, modules, and battery packs.They are building the first Gigafactory in Southern Europe, the only one in Italy and we are proud to have a partnership with them and to be part of the Energy Transiction.For this reason, we are searching for a Firmware Engineer for their site in Caserta.Il tuo nuovo ruoloYour responsibilities will be:Design, development and testing of software that controls microcontrollers used in embedded devices and systems.Use programming languages such as C, C++, Assembly and other high-level languages to write efficient and reliable code for microcontrollers.Identify and solve software problems, through in-depth debugging and analysis techniques, to ensure that microcontrollers operate correctly and without errors.Work with hardware engineers to integrate software into microcontrollers, ensuring that software is compliant and optimized for hardware specifications.Working to improve software performance by reducing power consumption and optimizing the computational efficiency of microcontrollers.Conduct testing and verify software functionality, both at the unit and system level, to ensure the stability and quality of the final product.Preparing detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications, to support the software development process and use.Keep abreast of new technologies, tools and methodologies to continuously improve skills and development practices.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.Thorough knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded architectures, and major programming languages used in the industry.Experience in microcontroller software development, preferred in real-world projects or academic settings.Knowledge of software development and debugging tools for microcontrollers.Ability to analyze technical specifics and translate them into functional code.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Team working aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.Good knowledge of technical English, for consulting international documentation and resources.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlinesCosa avrai in cambioLocation in CasertaStimulating work environment with a private and pleasant officeFull time jobSalary to be defined with Management (negotiable)Start date: ASAP, on siteCosa devi fare ora
