Financial Specialist

Randstad Italia SpA is recruiting a Financial Specialist on behalf of one of our clients, a leading Chinese multinational in the telecommunications sector.
Location: Milan
Salary: €28,000–€30,000
This role provides an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of business operations and develop familiarity with various aspects of the company's activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize the financial operations analysis system aligned with business goals
Conduct regular and ad hoc evaluations of business or product performance and provide actionable recommendations
Perform regular peer comparison analyses and manage supplier relationships, including financial health assessments, contract reviews, and financial risk analyses
Create and maintain a financial database and daily monitoring framework

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
Previous experience in financial operations or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other office software
Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stress in a dynamic environment
Fluency in both English and Italian
