Financial Reporting Accounting Unit manages the quarterly Financial Closing process of all 6 branches, consolidates it into GOSP Financial Statement and reports it to both Generali Group Head Office and GOSP Board of Directors.
We directly manage account receivables and cash collection activities, while coordinating account payables asset accounting process (with direct interventions and issuing accounting policies).
We guarantee Financial Reporting Risk and Data Quality criteria are respected.

As a Financial Reporting Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring the financial performance and evolution of the company in our international context.
Thanks to your background, the courses and the on-the-job training you will receive: You will be progressively involved in the steps of our financial closing processes, with a crescent exposure with the other teams of the CFO area: Planning, Controlling, Costing, Treasury and Tax.
You will contribute to creating periodic reports for Company's top management, with the support of experienced colleagues.
You will support account payable and asset accounting activities in the six European branches of GOSP, aligning with the local teams and collecting their suggestions in order to evolve our processes and tools with a coherent and harmonized approach.
You will be involved in innovative projects, with a growing level of independence, and you will have the chance to propose your own improvement initiatives.
Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or Economics.
3+ years of relevant working experience in Finance, preferably in IT Industry and/or in International Financial Groups.
B2+ English proficiency.
Very good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP software: SAP SRV/FI knowledge is considered a plus.
Experience with IFRS is considered a plus.
