**Your responsibilities as Financial Project Coordinator**
- Contract management: registration, archiving, sending acceptance (support activities for Project Controllers);
- Improvement working capital day with improvement invoicing efficienty (invoice plane management);
- Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers);
- VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba;
- Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity;
- Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers;
- Support to managers in drafting the project progress report.

These include:
- Economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles;
- Experience of working in Finance team;
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based and international environment, and able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Skills in using the Office package, particularly Excel, previous experience with accounting software;
- Fluent in Italian and good English spoken and written.
