Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Project Coordinator to join our team based in Milan or in Rome.
The location will be established based on the candidate's residence.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE The candidate will carry out activity within the business and finance team, supporting project controllers and project managers.
In particular, they will be responsible for: Contract management: registration, archiving, sending, acceptance (support activities for Project Controllers) Improving working capital day and invoicing efficiently (invoice plane management) Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers) VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers Support to managers in drafting the project progress report Join the Finance Team You will be part of the Central European Finance Administration team.
