We like to get to know our candidates, challenge them, and be able to give them proper feedback as quickly as possible.Job descriptionAs a Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the scope you are assigned and ensure the financial sustainability of its business.Your missions:Reviewing and monitoring the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) of the assigned scope.Providing the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L.Delivering financial analysis and forecasting to inform decision-making.Analyzing the profitability of business lines/projects and identifying actions to improve margins.Supporting the determination of variable remuneration for management.Assisting in the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors.Overseeing and monitoring provisions for structured projects.Managing cash and monitoring invoicing flows.Coordinating with finance teams such as treasury, controlling, accounting, and invoicing, and with departments like HR, Management, and the Director.Managing a business controller and potentially junior Financial Planning Analysts.Ideal Profile:A Master's degree in a relevant field.3-4 years of experience in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis).Previous experience in team management.Strong analytical and data-gathering skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint presentation creation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at all levels of the organization.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in English.Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
