Job description As a Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the scope you are assigned and ensure the financial sustainability of its business.
This includes:
Reviewing and monitoring of the monthly P&L of the scope
Providing the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&L
Providing financial analysis and forecasting
Analyzing the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identifying actions to preserve/improve the business' margins
Supporting the determination of the variable remuneration of the management
Supporting the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors
Overseeing and monitoring the structured projects provisions
Managing cash and monitoring the invoicing flows
Interacting and coordinating with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc. and staff departments: HR, Management and Director
Managing a business controller and potentially junior Financial Planning Analysts
Ideal Profile:
Completed a first successful experience in finance, looking for a challenging next step.
You have or are:
Graduated from a Master's degree
A previous experience between 3-4 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…)
Already an experience of team management
Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experience
Excellent communication and inter-relationnal skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English is required
Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com for improving day-to-day productivity
