Reviewing and monitoring of the monthly P&L of the scopeProviding the analysis required to establish a yearly budget and monitor its gap with the P&LProviding financial analysis and forecastingAnalyzing the profitability of individual business lines/projects and identifying actions to preserve/improve the business' marginsSupporting the determination of the variable remuneration of the managementSupporting the production of financial reports to be submitted to the Board of DirectorsOverseeing and monitoring the structured projects provisionsManaging cash andmonitoring the invoicing flowsInteracting and coordinating with the other finance teams: treasury, controlling, accounting, invoicing, etc. and staff departments: HR, Management and DirectorManaging a business controller and potentially junior Financial Planning AnalystsIdeal Profile: Completed a first successful experience in finance, looking for a challenging next step.
You have or are:
Graduated from a Master's degreeA previous experience between 3-4 years in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…)Already an experience of team managementStrong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detailDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations creation abilities along with financial modeling experienceExcellent communication and inter-relationnal skills; ability to interact at all levels of the organizationAble to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluent in English is requiredMastering generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com for improving day-to-day productivity " Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
