Our team As Finance performance Lead you will be part of CHC Italy Finance performance Team based in Milan office and you will contribute in driving the Cash and Trade financial performance of the CHC Italian affiliate. You will be the strategic partner to the business leaders and be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with local and global Business team members. The position is for a one year contract with strong possibilities of a permanent position in Italy or abroad.
Main responsibilities Be accountable of the financial performance on all aspects of Gross to Net such as the list price, commercial policies, trade marketing activities across channels and for a large product portfolio. Monitor, drive and report the business performance (from gross sales to gross margin) in coordination with the Head of Financial Performance and trade teams. Manage inventory and cash flow financial reporting, driving actions for cash improvement and ensuring correct accounting of accruals for inventory. Be key contributor of the P&L reporting, ensure data is correctly booked in local and corporate systems, as well as taking pro-active action to perform corrections where necessary. Be part of a cross functional team that drives positive business outcomes for brands and categories managed. Be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with local Business team members. About you Degree qualified in finance and accounting. Expert In Excel/ Power BI. Basic in Python / Access. Fluent in English. High acumen in managing financial systems (SAP, TM1). Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner.
