Financial Controller - Stage [12/11/2024]

Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an important captive bank, a Financial Controller - Stage The resource will support the Planning and Controlling manager for financial and banking areas about Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning activities and, more in general, act as business partner to support the organization to achieve financial and operational objectives.
The key responsibilities of the role : - support the controlling team in all month-end reporting related activities, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent submission of standard report to HQ and qualitative reporting to the internal Top Management; - contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes: planning, data collection from all departments, consolidation and challenge data; - support the implementation and maintaining of control measures related to P&L, Balance Sheet items and business KPIs; - assist the controlling office in the development of tools and reports to measure the business performance; take part in the implementation and roll out of Finance IT systems and tools in order to support and automate controlling activities and reporting; - support the Controlling Team Leader to redefine and implement internal process and procedures; carry out specific analysis when needed.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: - Degree in Economics or Finance; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - General Accounting Knowledge - Good knowledge of financial mathematics is preferable - SAS Knowledge is preferable Si offre uno stage extracurriculare di 6 mesi, con eventuale possibilita di proroga Rimborso spese: 800 € mensili Sede: Milano Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
