**The Role**
**Key tasks**
- Supporting the Corporate controlling team to prepare business plans, including budgets and forecasts cooperating with international local teams.
- Performing controlling activities and monitoring KPIs.
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities).
- Responsible for the preparation of regular business reporting for the corporate controlling team, identifying and analyzing trends and key deviations. Assist in the regular update and review of cash flow forecasts.
**Qualifications/competencies**
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field.
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Advanced Excel is a must.
**Desired experience**
- Two or more years in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Big 4 experience would be a plus.
- Experience in real estate market is advantageous.
