Start Hub seleziona per azienda multinazionale un* Financial controller.Posizione:As Financial Controller, you will work in a set of steps each month that will include closing process, reporting to Management/stakeholders on different levels in the organization and analyzing data/facts for the Customer Experience Office of the Business Area Food Europe that consists of RD, product category management and marketing.In your findings you will identify/initiate changes for the better together with our VP Finance and Business Control and the CxO Director.ResponsibilitiesPlay a prominent role in the Business Area in its strategic direction and collaborationDrive and coordinate financial processes of the BA (budget, strategic planning, closing) in line with Group GuidelinesPrepare accurate and timely submission of all reporting and filings when/where neededCreate/Standardize the reporting injecting digital capabilities and copiloting mindset.Ensure business processes comply with the Electrolux Control System (Internal controls)Secure right product cost calculation and actual product cost follow upSupport in the development of new products, projects and investmentsSupervise the investment requests process and investments follow upRequisiti:University degree in Business Administration/Engineering.3+ years Controlling ExperiencesAnalytical with ability to identify relations.
