As Financial Controller, you will work in a set of steps each month that will include closing process, reporting to Management/stakeholders on different levels in the organization and analyzing data/facts for the Customer Experience Office of the Business Area Food Europe that consists of R&D, product category management and marketing.
In your findings you will identify/initiate changes for the better together with our VP Finance and Business Control and the CxO Director.
Responsibilities Play a prominent role in the Business Area in its strategic direction and collaboration Drive and coordinate financial processes of the BA (budget, strategic planning, closing) in line with Group Guidelines Prepare accurate and timely submission of all reporting and filings when/where needed Create/Standardize the reporting injecting digital capabilities and copiloting mindset.
Ensure business processes comply with the Electrolux Control System (Internal controls) Secure right product cost calculation and actual product cost follow up Support in the development of new products, projects and investments Supervise the investment requests process and investments follow up University degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
3+ years Controlling Experiences Analytical with ability to identify relations.
Precise, detail-oriented and reliable with a problem solving attitude.
Industrial controlling experience Business oriented approach Team-player with good communication skills Used to work in multi reporting environment Self-motivated, self-confident Ability to establish and develop networks as well as to support change processes Solid knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel.
