The mission of the Finance Function is to develop and implement the Company's financial strategy, planning, and controlling activities in the short and medium/long term to support the Company's profitable growth.
The successful candidate will support the Finance team. In particular, he/she will perform the following activities:
Support the Finance team in defining plans and budgets for GenAM, in accordance with the strategic guidelines set by the Top Management of the Company.Work on reviewing the models for revenues calculation and simplify existing processes, in order to gain in efficiency and accuracy.Revenues and costs analyses, including plan deviations or year on year analysis. Be supportive in developing and implementing consequential actions to make sure that targets are met.Support managers on assessing new business opportunities.Be one of the main stakeholders for the finance team, responsible for ensuring the quality of finance data. Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Degree in Economics or Finance, with top-grades.Very proficient in Microsoft Excel.Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines.Very fluent in written and spoken English.Meticulous, analytical, and a team player.Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and multiple projects in parallel.Analytics mindset, with ability to get deep in the details as well as grasping the bigger picture and the business dynamics quickly.Self-starter, proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
