Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations Conducting in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial processes, controls, and best practices Coordinating and overseeing the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, monitoring variances and providing insights to optimize resource allocation Establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant laws and regulations Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies, facilitating audits and addressing any identified issues promptly Providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
