The Financial Controller plans, forecasts, reports, analyzes and challenges Financial KPIs and their main driver for services, projects and line cost centers in close collaboration with the business, coordinating improvement measures, advising and supporting managers in all financial controlling topics.
Furthermore, the Financial Controller will also be responsible for implementation of controlling processes and systems and ensuring compliance to controlling-relevant standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport preparation of periodic reporting (monthly closing) towards local and central management and all other relevant business areasRun quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reports to support the pricing, planning and forecasting activitiesSupport in the design and implementation of functional cost reports in order to support local management and service ownersEnsure support to the implementation and monitoring of business initiatives, also through the development of dedicated deep-dive analysisManaging the annual pricing processLiaising with procurement on costs for contractsContributing, establishing and further developing guidelines, methods, processes and systems for controlling-related topics.KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience in planning and control or an auditing firmExperience in a service company and/or understanding of IT service management and IT service organization would be a plusAbility to work in a team and to interact with different stakeholdersSelf-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, adaptable and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlinesMultitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and projects in parallelGood communication project management skills involving various, different stakeholdersFlexibility in working in a diverse international environment undergoing constant changeKnowledge of SAP FI-CO/BW and Service Now would be a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Location: Milan/Triest52351 | Finance Accounting | Professional | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | PermanentAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
