Job DescriptionCompany Overview: ArcelorMittal Construction is looking Senior Controller for its production site in Ancorano (Teramo).
Through its Italian subsidiary, Italpannelli, it provides steel building systems and solutions, focusing on thermal performance, energy saving, acoustics, airtightness, and fire requirements.Position: Senior ControllerResponsibilities:Financial reporting for Italpannelli, ensuring quality and deadlines.Financial monitoring and performance management.Advising management on economic issues, challenging KPIs, and suggesting improvements.Benchmarking best practices within ArcelorMittal Construction and with external competitors.Credit risk follow-up, including internal credit limits, credit committee requests, and insurance limits.Cash management and overdue follow-up.Improving internal controls and implementing control measures.Reporting on Capex, costs, and profitability per site.Margin analysis and proposing actions to improve margins.Collaborating with shared service functions on accounting, tax, and credit management.Managing budget, flash, and forecast processes, and supporting business strategy development.Education Requirements:University degree in Accounting, Finance, Applied Economics, Business, or Engineering.Experience Knowledge Requirements:5+ years in accounting or controlling roles, preferably in international companies.Experience in complex industries (manufacturing) and audit firms is a plus.Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and coach.Ability to work with detailed data and take a high-level view to identify key performance factors and recommend actions.Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high business value efficiently.Rapid decision-making skills, especially regarding customer credit risk, while balancing financial and commercial interests.Ability to identify business risks.Teamwork skills.Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.Fluency in Italian and English is required.Why Work at ArcelorMittal:ArcelorMittal offers its employees a competitive benefits package aimed at ensuring well-being and professional growth.
