Financial Controller

Adecco Consultant is seeking for a well-established biopharmaceutical company a:Financial ControllerThe candidate will be placed in a world-leading company in the discovery, development, and innovation of medicines, and will collaborate with the internal team, managing all accounting processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial statements.Main Responsibilities:Ensure supervision of the correct definition of active and passive balance sheet items and economic elements, analyzing related information to support external consultants;Constantly monitor PL scenarios following the evolution of the Italian branch's business;Prepare adequate monthly reporting on PL and balance sheet, highlighting variations compared to forecasts;Summarize the income statement situation through specific reports to the Company Management;Monitor payment flows from private and public customers and propose any actions to improve them when and if necessary;Verify annual reconciliations with customers and suppliers;Oversee the preparation of monthly payments by verifying bank movements and month-end balances;Prepare appropriate treasury and cash flow reporting;Act as the point of reference with the external distributor of products (for stock variations, quality department, price listing);Coordinate and follow-up the statutory audit with the external consultant;Be responsible for the annual tax declaration;Prepare and discuss the annual budget for overheads and personnel costs/expenses;Identify and formulate suggestions for process improvements, develop processes, and procedures.Requirements:Degree in Economics;Fluent knowledge of English;Excellent expertise in Excel files;Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.Direct placement in the company is offered.CCNL Chemical-Pharmaceutical.Working hours: full-time.Work location: South-East Milan.Data inizio prevista: 07/09/2024Categoria Professionale: Finanza / ContabilitàCittà: Milano (Milano)Disponibilità oraria: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
