Financial Controller

Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller will provide financial and administrative support and will help the organization maintain/develop policies and procedures to remain within the organizational regulatory framework.
Historical Foundation based in Rome.
Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation of the budgets;Performing and providing periodic financial reports and analysis to monitor data and to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances;Managing the preparation of the consolidated financial statement;Contributing to financial audits;Reviewing and setting standards;Creating and implementing internal financial and administrative policies and procedures to guarantee operational efficiency;Conducting internal audits of procedures;Setting and updating a risk assessment matrix.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field;A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards and processes;Strong attention to detail;Hardworking and dedicated;Problem-solving, result-oriented, and stress management skills;Innovation and digital transformation attitude;Working proficiency in English.Compensation package will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experiences.
