Financial Controller

Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller will provide financial and administrative support and will help the organization maintain/develop policies and procedures to remain within the organizational regulatory framework.
Historical Foundation based in Rome.
Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of the budgets; Performing and providing periodic financial reports and analysis to monitor data and to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances; Managing the preparation of the consolidated financial statement; Contributing to financial audits; Reviewing and setting standards; Creating and implementing internal financial and administrative policies and procedures to guarantee operational efficiency; Conducting internal audits of procedures; Setting and updating a risk assessment matrix.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field; A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards and processes; Strong attention to detail; Hardworking and dedicated; Problem-solving, result-oriented, and stress management skills; Innovation and digital transformation attitude; Working proficiency in English.
Compensation package will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experiences.
