Job Description
Role Summary
Our Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
Supporting the local CFO to prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
Main Tasks
Implement the controlling set-up over the new plant.
Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
Support the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Support Purchase dept. in the management of trading good inventory.
Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
Be the Local expert on FICO SAP4HANA topics.
Support Corporate team in developing new reports (using SAP and Power BI).
Support on sales plan activities and periodical sales report for the business unit.
Your Profile
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit.
Experience: Min 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI. Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, sales control. MS Office.
Languages: Excellent English.
