The Company, located in Amsterdam (and in Corzano - BS in Italy) started in 2014 and is an ambitious and entrepreneurial organization that focuses on creating value for the group by designing, producing, storing and shipping prefabricated building elements for apartments and hotels for other Company entities in Europe.
**Posizione**:
As Financial Controller you will be part of the Supply Division of Company Development, based in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), where the focus lies on supporting the rest of the Company with the necessary prefabricating building elements and procurement packages.
In your role you will join a small team located in Corzano and Amsterdam.
Together the focus should be on process standardization, supplier and contract management, and product and value improvement, hereby using our resources in the best possible way.
The job mainly consists of the following activities:
- Controlling financial flows concerning incoming materials from all different suppliers and outgoing prefabricated building elements to all different Vastint entities;
- The factory is run by a Partner Company on our behalf; in your role you will have to work together and monitor the different departments involved in financial management;
- Manage all overhead financial flows for the Vastint Factory team;
- Supporting with drafting of project budgets, financial year reports, board reports, etc.

- Reports to Head of Supply.
**Requisiti**:
**PROFILE**:
We are looking for a pragmatic, enterprising professional, with strong project accounting knowledge and a solid understanding of accounting principles, who possesses the drive to manage, coordinate and control all financial processes in such a way we can run the factory as efficiently as possible.
Preference will be given to a professional with a few years of experience in previous job(s) and with knowledge of/a background in construction and factory-related financial processes (i.e.
auditor experience).
We are seeking for a professional who is looking for a role with an international character within a growing and learning organization.
Someone who is open to other cultures, not afraid to make new contacts and manage the different stakeholders involved in the different financial processes.
Experience with the ERP system Sage is a pre.
