FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION SPECIALIST Job Responsibilities Purpose:
The role has to support the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team and he/she will be responsible for a certain number of foreign subsidiaries.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

Constant interface with foreign subsidiaries in order to coordinate and support them on accounting/finance/compliance topics; Analysis and implementation of the new accounting standards and interpretations under IFRS in the Group's financial statements, including the preparation of proper instructions for the subsidiaries; Analysis of specific transactions in order to define the proper accounting treatment; Review and analysis of the quarterly reporting package, together with the subsidiaries financial controllers; Drafting the consolidation accounting entries according to IAS/IFRS standards for quarterly and annual closing; Collaborating on the quarterly and annual closing processes and on the preparation of the consolidated financial statement. Job Profile Master Degree in Economics and Management, Finance; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company and/or in a consulting firm.
Skills, capabilities, competencies:
