Financial Back Office Officer

Job Description: Xchanging, a DXC Technology group company, is looking for a Back Office Officer.
The resource, placed within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) area, will support and assist colleagues in the management of all financial instruments back office activities related to Asset Management, Collective Management, and Institutional Clients.
Responsibilities: Management of securities and derivatives master data in the computer system.
Management of administrative events (coupons, dividends, redemptions).
Management of all capital transactions and client reporting.
Price control acquired from Info-providers for valuation of financial instruments.
Relationship with custodian banks and back-office operators of client companies.
Requirements: Diploma/degree in economics and/or finance.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg Platform.
Industry experience of 1-2 years in Banks, SIMs, SGRs.
Good knowledge of English language.
Accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Propensity for teamwork.
Flexibility with respect to work dynamics and schedules.
Work location: Milan with smart work possibility.
