electronic steering gears) manufactured and sold in the Florence facility.The Financial Analyst acts as a key driver to the successful monitoring, reporting, planning, and forecasting of the financial health of the business within their area of responsibility.
Utilizing the advanced concepts of value-based management, the Financial Analyst will support the financial controlling function to recommend measures to achieve planned results.
The incumbent will work and interact with cross-functional groups and at all levels of management.Preparation of annual business plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly results analyses for responsible product areasMeasuring financial results compared to business plan to analyze variancesPreparing variance analysis reports to support commercial management decision makingUtilizing advanced analytical tools to perform simulations and analysis for differing cost and profitability scenarios to provide a transparent view to the stakeholders for decision makingAutomation of standard processes and complex data mining requirements utilizing advanced and highly efficient customized solutionsValued business partner for the value stream leaders by participation in cost reduction (RPP) projects as well as by providing cost transparency for their respective cost centersTracking standard cost development for lead product (key focus product line)Effective and efficient usage of SAP CO PA module for business controllingPreparing capital budgeting decision models (e.g.
