JOB PURPOSEYou will play a crucial role in supporting the Industrial Controlling Manager to improve the decision-making processes by conducting thorough analysis, generating insightful reports, and providing a strategic view to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the industrial controlling manager with all aspects of Industrial performance, proactively looking for value creation opportunities, enabling business decision-making, and championing cost and margin focus.
You will support taking part in the financial aspects of partnership initiatives and cost-saving programs with key vendors and suppliers looking across the relationship from development through to the finished product.
RESPONSIBILITIESConducting comprehensive financial analysis, including but not limited to financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to identify key insights and trends in a particular way. Focusing on sales analysis, product development analysis, reporting, inventory analysis, and all the new analysis requested by the Industrial Controlling Manager;Assisting in the development of financial forecasts and budgets, leveraging historical data and market trends to support informed decision-making.Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.Preparing clear and concise financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to gather relevant data, ensure the accuracy of financial information, and drive alignment on financial objectives.PERSONAL PROFILEBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
