The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis and reporting. Responsibilities Business Plan Modeling: Develop complex financial models to update the Business Plan and support strategic planning. Planning & Forecasting: Together with CFO, coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process with the Business Units, developing analysis models and ensuring consistency in assumptions. Investment Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, based on concrete data and reliable forecasts. Extraordinary Operations Support: Provide specialist support in fundraising and structured debt processes. Business Performance Analysis: Develop detailed analyses of business performance, identifying key trends and drivers to support operational decisions. Prepare and present financial and non-financial reports to senior management and non-financial stakeholders highlighting key metrics and trends, including creating ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making. Support to top management in Investor Relations and preparation of BoDs and Shareholder meetings. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting companies or investment funds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
