Financial & Administration Specialist

The resource will join NH Hotel Group within F&A Department based in Milan, supporting the Head of Finance in accounting and financial activities, working on each step of financial statement process and business tax compliance.
Responsibilities: ·       Bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements ·       Accounting and financial reporting and auditing for monthly financial closing ·       Review project financial statements and audit reports received ·       Provide support to project teams on fiscal and administration tasks ·       The candidate will work effectively as an integral member of task teams to make successful project delivery and supervision.
·       Manage the relationship with external tax consultants and external auditors ·       Monitoring local tax legislation updates ·       The resource will interact daily with HQ colleagues and other Business Unites abroad and Share Service Center Requirements: ·       Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred ·      3-5 years of relevant similar professional experience in a private sector financial management (i.e., accounting, finance, auditing), preferably with a BIG 4 experience (Audit) ·       Confident with IFRS Generally Accepted Accounting Standards ·       Business-fluent written and spoken English, Spanish would be a plus.
·       Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of MS Office ·       SAP and HFM experience a plus ·       Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
