Financial & Administration Specialist

The resource will join NH Hotel Group within FA Department based in Milan, supporting the Head of Finance in accounting and financial activities, working on each step of financial statement process and business tax compliance.
Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements Accounting and financial reporting and auditing for monthly financial closing Review project financial statements and audit reports received Provide support to project teams on fiscal and administration tasks The candidate will work effectively as an integral member of task teams to make successful project delivery and supervision.
Manage the relationship with external tax consultants and external auditors Review fiscal procedures and monitoring local tax legislation updates The resource will interact daily with HQ colleagues and other Business Unites abroad and Share Service Center Requirements: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3-5 years of relevant similar professional experience in a private sector financial management (i.e., accounting, finance, auditing), preferably with a BIG 4 experience (Audit) Confident with IFRS Generally Accepted Accounting Standards Business-fluent written and spoken English, Spanish would be a plus.
Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of MS Office SAP and HFM experience a plus Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
