**What you'll be doing**
The primary objective of this role is to report on costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures, as well as offer financial recommendations.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial activities within the organization.
- Reconciles accounts, resolves discrepancies and collaborate across various finance and non-finance functions.
- Responsible for analyzing journals, producing data analysis and reports and assists with variance analysis.
- Plans month-end activities which includes the preparation and processing of month-end journal entries and executing a variety of actions in the accounting system.
- Implements effective financial controls, including systems reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of reported figures.
- Supports with the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Supports with the establishment and enforces strong financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensures compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Coordinates with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
**To be successful in this role you are asked to have**:
- Master's degree in economics.
Specialization in Finance Accounting or equivalent.
- Solid experience in a multinational environment preferred in ICT business.
- Relevant experience in similar role and good knowledge of transfer pricing process.
- Proficient in budget and forecast preparation.
- Good knowledge of SAP is essential for this role.
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken).
- Strong attitude to work in a team.
- High capacity to organize priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and relationship skills at different levels of the organization.
