In this unprecedented context, we are looking for an unconventional, highly talented professional who is able to exceed expectations providing precise and detailed accounting activities and reporting to guarantee the proper monitoring of company financial performances. The role is in charge of managing bookkeeping and accounting of company costs and revenues providing quick and reliable control on company financials cooperating with Finance Business Partner, and external fiscal advisors in order to contribute in the achievement of company financial objectives.
You will be a fundamental pillar for our Finance team, being Financial Accountant. You will also work closely with the Finance Business Partner and you will directly report to the CFO.
This is a hybrid role: the actual workplace is in our lovely HQ in Milan (Italy), but we have a very flexible smart working policy!
Your activities will include:
Support in end Month accounting closure (P&L and cash flow reporting)Support in updating reporting package on company results for investors and shareholdersSupport in Monthly financial reporting creationSupport in weekly and monthly budget monitoring and reportingCompany revenues and costs accounting and bookkeepingBank reconciliations and bank movements monitoringHR costs accountingAccrual process managementManage the most common fiscal aspects (ex. VAT register management)Coordination with external fiscal and accounting office to manage complex casesYou could be our perfect Financial Accountant if you have the following:
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (es. Controlling, Accounting, FP&A roles or similar)Master Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Accounting and Finance, or similarProactive and quick minded approachGood knowledge of accounting principlesYou are fluent in English (min B2)You have an advanced knowledge of ExcelYou are willing to learn and get out of the comfort zone to experiment and challenge what's already done in the industryYou are humble and know how to receive feedback and get the best out of itWhat you get You got it: helping you succeed is our #1 priority.
