Financial Accountant / Buchhalter:in Position:Responsible for project-based invoicing and tracking of all income and expensesReconciliation of all balance sheet accounts including bank accountsProject Controlling, including booking project provisions and monthly project reconciliationsAssist with analyses and evaluationsCollaboration with local tax consultants and Controlling Team in Berlin for monthly and annual financial statements and tax returnsSupport in year-end audits and ad hoc tasksProactive handling of invoice discrepancies and daily monitoring of outstanding paymentsPreparation of payments in bank programRequirements:Background in tax or finance with relevant qualificationsExperience in financial accounting and/or tax officeStrong analytical skills and affinity for numbersProficient in FiBu/ERP systems, ideally with DATEV, and MS OfficeFluent in German and EnglishStructured, conscientious, and solution-oriented work approachReliable team playerNice-to-have: Experience with BMD 5.5 NTCS accounting softwareAbout Live Nation:Live Nation Austria GmbH operates in the music industry, organizing and executing musical events in Austria, including concerts, tours, open-air events, and live shows.
