Job DetailsFor our Moncler Worldwide Finance & Control Dept. we are looking for a Finance Transformation Coordinatorto join the Team based at our HQ in Milan. You impact In a context of deep finance transformation, the Finance Transformation Manager will drive strategic innovation projects with a global scope, aligned with Group process & guidelines. The person will act across the finance organization (accounting, controlling, treasury) with the mission to create value by improving the digitalization and efficiency of processes.Activities: Collaborate with Technology Services to oversee vendor relations for finance-related contracts Support and contribute to the evolution of the finance transformation roadmap Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from analysis to implementation Manage and design finance processes, and implement new finance transformation projects Who We Are Looking For Main qualifications: Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Administration At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies or consulting firms Deep knowledge of finance process (P2P, O2C; R2R, Closing, Consolidation) Strong knowledge of SAP Experience in finance reporting and EPM system Excellent written and spoken English language skills We Would Appreciate a Person That Is: Excellent in communication skills Effective in collaborative teamwork, contributing to achieving common goals Proactive and curious and innovative "Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin colour, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
