Finance Supervisor

FINANCE SUPERVISOR Posizione: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's Administration, Finance, and Controlling functions, as well as managing Investor Relationships. This role is critical for driving Financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making through accurate Financial analysis and Reporting.

The main responsibilities are:

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management; Ensure timely preparation of Financial Reports; Monitor and control operating expenses, optimizing cost efficiency across the business; Manage communications with Investors and ensure transparency and compliance in financial disclosures; Ensure the Company's compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations; Manage Cash Flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments; Oversee Banking relationships and debt financing activities; Supervise and mentor the AFC department and resources. Requisiti: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Management, Administration, and Controlling or Consulting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus) Investor Relationships management experience is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with attention to detail.
